Do you have to be a member of New Life Church to work here?
Yes. Ministry and staff positions must be filled by members or by those willing to join the church. Standard qualifications also include your agreement to our Statement of Faith and character standards for church leadership, as defined by Scripture. Read 1 Timothy 3, in particular.
How do you apply for a job with the church?
Applications can be picked up at the church office during normal business hours (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) Monday through Thursday, or at the Information Desk before and after normal service times. You can also call us at (304) 733-4423 and request an application be sent to you.
How much do jobs at the church pay?
Pay will be discussed during the interview process.
Does the church offer any benefits to its employees?
Staff members are provided a full range of benefits, including paid time off for vacation, sick pay, holidays. Group health insurance is also offered.
If I apply for a job, will I be interviewed?
All resumes and applications are reviewed, and all applicants will receive a timely response as to the status of their application. However, an initial screening of resumes occurs prior to actual interviews to assess the candidate's fit with potential position openings. To best utilize your time and ours, you will only be interviewed if it appears that you are a good candidate for the position for which you are applying.
