Youth Ministry Remodel Update

3 years ago, we took on the major project to together, as a church, remodel our kids area, youth area and fellowship space. Since 2011, we have successfully completed:

  • Club New Life Kids, including a brand new kid's auditorium equipped with a full kid's playland, brand new classrooms and furniture for Toddlers, Pre School and Nursery, as well as a new Check-In Kiosk in the Lobby.
  • A New Fellowship Hall equipped with a new kitchen, furniture and supply room.

We are excited to announce that our 3rd project, the youth ministry remodel, is at 90% completion! We are racing to the finish line and we have just a little furthur to go. Get excited, because on Sunday, February 9 at the end of both services, we will receive a special offering to complete the youth ministry project! Our goal is to exceed $15,000 that morning so we can complete the youth ministry remodel and move our students into their new space by March. We have seen God move tremendously in our church during this 3 year journey, and we know that with each of us doing our part, together we expect God's continued blessing on our ministry.

Let's finish this race strong and together!

Easter Offering 2013

This Easter I am asking you and all the congregation of New Life Church to join with Bonnie and me in sowing a special Easter Seed Offering.  This offering will go toward completing our final stage of remodel at the church.  We need approximately $50,000 to finish our youth facility.  Every offering will be a seed sown into changing a life and training up the next generation for the Lord.  We have a great group of youth and a powerful youth ministry at New Life Church.  How much greater it will be when we can move them into their new facility.

With all the struggles and challenges our youth face today, it is vital that we provide them a safe, holy environment that is designed just for them.  I believe we will see dramatic spiritual and numerical growth with our youth when their new youth facility is completed.

II Corinthians 9:8,9 says, “And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation]. As it is written, He [the benevolent person] scatters abroad; He gives to the poor; His deeds of justice and goodness and kindness and benevolence will go on and endure forever!”  I ask you to pray and ask the Lord what your seed offering should be for this special offering.  Then use your faith and believe it into your hands so you can cheerfully give on Easter morning.  As you give your seed, motivated by God’s love in your heart, I believe God’s grace and favor will be abundantly poured out upon you.

We aren't asking for equal giving, but equal commitment and equal sacrifice. Everyone can give something!

I believe this is going to be a great Easter and I believe with you for God to give you seed to sow and to multiply your seed sown.

Pastor Darrell Huffman

You can give ONLINE or bring your special Easter Offering to one of TWO great services on Sunday, March 31 at 9:15a or 11:00a.
